Is Tuniq better than the Zalman CNPS9500?

I have the 9500 now... I'm thinking that the TEC will cool it better, as my temps sit around 40ish now... I don't want to go water, that's why I'm thinking about this one...

I haven't OC'd yet. Everytime I have tried it resets itself after a BSOD. I know its not a heat issue, but it contributes. I have:

E6300
Gigabyte 965P=DS3
Zalman 9500
2x1GB DDR 667
PNY 8800GTS

Once I get done moving and I get settled in I'm gonna reload, but if ya'll think it's not worth it to buy that cooler, then I'll stick with what I got... Not knowing to much about it, I read the reviews and it seems pretty cool (pardon the pun) a decent alternative to H2O...

I could be wrong, but maybe it's the ram speed holding you back a little.

edit: sorry, I forgot that you are getting DDR2-800 ram too.

That's kinda what I'm thinking (ram)... but memtest comes up with no errors, and I initially play games just fine... but after about an hour or so, is when all h3ll breaks loose and I have to reset or it does it on it's own...
