System isn't loading windows

ok, soo i have assembled my pc and managed to make it work.
Now, I am trying to install my windows on it and it isn't going so well.
I installed windows but it wont load. it says it has a hard disk hardware problem and i need to check the boot path.. What should I do here?

Hi, I resolved the issue the extreme way by using the factory restore disks and just starting from scratch . At least I am up and running again. Thank's for all your suggestions.
