Default System Build; I need someone to double check?

I was hoping someone (with a little more experience) could double check my build. This is my first build so any help with anything, such as something that is not a good product or items that need to match that do not, would be great.

Here's my system:

That RAM is no-no. You need dual channel for i5. Newegg has some 4GB sets for $50 on sale right now, but not for long.
Other than that, get those in combo deals and you're set. You can probably save a good hundred bucks or more with combos.

2X2GB RAM setup would be best. You could go 1x 4GB module but it's better to use two smaller ones.
If there are any left, Newegg has a sale on Ripjaws DDR3 1600MHz 4GB ram set for $50, and there are many other sets at a comparable price point as well. The ripjaws has a large following, though.

Newegg.com - Computer Parts, PC Components, Laptop Computers, LED LCD TV, Digital Cameras and more!

Combo deals are better because you can get 2 or 3 things for a discounted price. I'd recommend getting a case with a PSU as well.

The rest you can probably buy individually. I'd do it today tho... Black Friday specials are almost over.

First off, here's some DDR3 1066 RAM for $46, regular price: Newegg.com - GeIL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1066 (PC3 8500) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model GV34GB1066C7DC
Next, here's a combo with case, i5 760, and motherboard for $300: Newegg.com - Computer Parts, PC Components, Laptop Computers, LED LCD TV, Digital Cameras and more!
Try this on for size (HD 5770 and PSU, $250): Newegg.com - Computer Parts, PC Components, Laptop Computers, LED LCD TV, Digital Cameras and more!
And finally, Caviar Black 1TB and Windows 7 Pro for $170: Newegg.com - Computer Parts, PC Components, Laptop Computers, LED LCD TV, Digital Cameras and more!

That comes out to $750 or so, I don't know how much your original build is but this is definitely better in terms of component performance, and it's probably about the same price or possibly even less.

Will I need any additional fans or any other items?

Nope- that DarkFleet 10 comes loaded with fans. Unless you want to add any additional fans and/or lights no accessories are needed.
