Swop this RAM?

I ordered a slightly worse ram from ebuyer.com:

OCZ Performance Dual Channel Kit 2x1024MB DDR400 PC3200 CL 3-3-3-8 (LIFETIME WARRANTY) (OCZ4002048PFDC-K)

I was thinking of removing the item from the order and ordering from overclockers.co.uk the platinum version.

Is it worth me messing around to buy it?

I really dont see much of a difference. I guess it would be better for overclocking though. What are the 2 prices for the ram? - Charlie
