supermicro X7DVA-8 sound/video capture/video graphics recommendations needed

Hi, I have aquired a supermicro X7DVA-8 with dual xeon 2ghz processors with 4gb of memory. I am looking to add a sound card, better video card and a video capture card.

Based on the below slots in order prefered
1. decent sound card
2. video card
3. video capture card
In this order of preference, can someone recommend inexpensive hardware, not looking to be a gamer, but would like to watch a movie, a game once in a blue moon and 3rd stream some old vhs to digitize.

Unfortunately you have a bit of an interface shortage and a fairly tight budget for all three items. You are going to have to make some decisions about where you want to make an investment and where you want to hold back. I'll leave it to an American member to make further recommendations.
