I just got this tower and im trying to instal my cd drives and the hard drive, it comes with these pin like things and ur suppose to use them some how... anyone know how to do this or even know what im talking about?

The HDD LED, Power Switch, and Reset Switch? Is that what you're talking about?

oh no never mind i just figured it out thanks anyways, they are some plastic like pins u put right next to the HDD and the CD Drives.

I got another issue, do i put in ALL the little screws into the case so the motherboard can sit on top of them THEN screw it on? or do i just put in ones ill be needing?

Well, you don't really need to screw all the screws onto the motherboard. Just put like 3-4 on so that it will hold the motherboard to the motherboard tray.
