Suggestions Please

So after having some computer issues I'm in the market for a new motherboard and graphics card. I want to get something that will last awhile and play games on high settings. I'm willing to spend around $350 but if I can get cheaper that would be even better. I have a AMD Opteron 170 Denmark 2.0GHz Socket 939 Dual-Core Processor and G.SKILL 2GB (2 x 1GB) 184-Pin DDR SDRAM DDR 500 (PC 4000) Dual Channel to go into the motherboard. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Was looking around and found this motherboard, was wondering if the ram I have will work in it.

there is no 8800gt 320mb

NF4 Ultra motherboards are superb for the Socket 939.. go with that... but go with an 8800gt, but to reduce the bottleneck effect I recommend you overclock that Opty

Cool, not buying until after christmas so hopefully the 8800gt 512MB will go down in price.
