It looks ok, but the one I suggested is a highly recommended PSU for budget systems.

you can get cheap good psu's that will be way better than the stock

I use this one and it's great I also have the same brand and version but from around 2001 that is still running my wife's pc.

Not if you want it to last more than a year.

Antec Earthwatts 380w

An 8600gts would be a good purchase (for dx10 - same price)
