SSD Setup? +Ghosting q's..

Anyone know how to shut off Disc Defrag in Vista 32b? Setting this SSD up now.. AFAIK, Defrag doesn't run automatically on Vista, so do I still need to shut it off? So far it's ungodly responsive!!! as soon as I get this set up, gonna run some tests!
