Which SSD to Buy

I am putting the SSD in my laptop, so prolly wont be having SATA 3 anytime soon.
But I see many models of Vertex Sata 2: Vertex 2, Vertex 2 Pro, Vertex 2 Ex...

And in vertex 2 there are different submodels, like:

You will just want a standard Vertex 2...no need to go pro or ex as those are business edition. As for the different models of Vertex 2, they probably have something to do with different firmware versions is my guess...I would look it up, but I have to go. Being as one of them is out of stock, the other one is just fine.

One suggestion, if this is to be your only drive, I strongly recommend 90gb or 120gb unless you know for sure that you can fit all that you want on 60gb (windows takes up about 20gb).

I would get the SATA3 Vertex if you can anyways. Higher IOPS helps with faster 4k read/write transfer which most of your normal files are that small. Also, even though it is SATA3, it will actually be able to fully saturate the SATA2 bus which IMO current SATA2 drives can't do. Just makes more sense to get the faster drive (kinda like USB2 and USB3 flash drives).
