What does the system reading on Speedfan read? Whatever it is, I get the impression its not reading it right because mine says -5C. Nothing in my comp is frozen so I know thats not possible.

Did you find a pre-set config for speedfan for your specific hardware?? If it is just a straight install, it probably might not be accurate.
