Soundcard for these speakers?

Planning on this for these speakers, but wanna stay under 100$ on sound card. Will this be sufficient or upgrade?

Logitech Z-5500

Creative Sound Blaster Audigy2 ZS SB0350 7.1 Channels 24-bit 192KHz

Since its Audigy2 product, it can output Dolby Digital 5.1 stream to the speakers, so I guess I'm good to go.

That will be fine, im using some logitech z230's with the onboard sound and it sounds great

5500's and an X-fi XtremeMusic here, basically the same setup as the one you suggested, I'm more than happy with the sound.

Perfect the way it is. Don't get the X-Fi card, it is the same as the one you already have picked out.

EDIT: Actually, if you really feel like it, you can get the Creative Sound Blaster Audigy2 ZS Platinum, which is arguably the best sound card on the market.
