SOS !New rig - suddently turn off

I already check the components , I am sure the power supply still function, My CPU is changed to new ...
But still it restarts after 5 secs ...

below are the possibility that the hardware broken:

Motherboard ,
Video Card
RAM

what can result the restart?

Mobo, if it doesn't beep then theres no question about it, if RAM is damaged - it beeps, if Vcard is damaged- Yeah, youguessed it - beeps.
