Sony Vegas video editing under 700

OK I am finally buying all of this. i do not plan on purchasing a dvd drive. I have a laptop currently and I dont think its dvd drive will be compatible. There is no point in buying a dvd drive, i dont think i've ever needed one. You said in a preview post that you would be able to instruct me on how to use a USB to install windows? Or is that something i could just google? And does this mean I am no longer purchasing the OS you linked to ? Thank you

720p means it has a resolution of 1280x720 which is pretty low, and if you are editing 1080p you will want a 1080p monitor. You can get a nice one for around 150 bucks most of the time. Also, 720p on TV for a computer is terrible because everything is huge, and you have such a small image stretched so it makes things fuzzy most of the time.

I said what I said because if you are editing 1080p video you will want to see the full quality......
