Some questions about what I need to look for

Alright lower end card sounds good then, I do rarely play games once a while and not a hardcore gamer lol. I do connect computer to tv sometimes as well to watch movies, etc.... so lower end card will do. I'll do the budget list parts and see what you think, of course i know prices always change, but I want to get the idea. That way when I have the money, I would be ready to know which parts to get.

Here it is.... its close to 600, of course I would need to get monitor, keyboard and mouse with windows. Possible a case as well I have 1 but it's old, got it from my bro. Would AMD would be good or no? Since I wont be gaming.

MSI has a much better reputation than ASRock not to mention better features, AND the board I'm posting has the added benefit of a Killer Wireless Gaming NIC which will let you connect wireless if you need with your desktop. I suggest a swap to AMD versus Intel and Jump the processor up to an FX8350, using an MSI 990FXA GD80V2 motherboard. You'll loose the option of the Special Wireless NIC but Gain performance in the overall. Either way what I've shown you to change out will give you a better system and on top of everything else you'll have the speed you really need with that system and it translates to faster Encoding and decoding times.

Yeah gotcha, the 1 I linked was at 65 dollars, so not on sale anymore... it was cheapest at that time. And thanks for opinions, once I have the $$ will list the parts before I order the parts.
