Hey, I'm currently using the stock heatsink/fan combo from AMD on my 3200+ Clawhammer. Recently as it's become hotter and hotter outside, my PC is struggling to remain cool. Ambient inside the tower is sitting at about 90F, but the processor remains at 47C/116F at IDLE. During processor intensive work, it has reached up in the mid-high 50's which I know isn't dangerous, but I'd rather spend $25 on a new hs/fan combo than $200 on a new processor.
Yes, I recently blew out the dust with a can of compressed air to see if that would help, didn't drop temps at all.
