Default SLI motherboard and compatible memory

hi, i am in the process of buying the parts for my new system and i need help. could any of u guys recommend me a gaming sli motherboard and good quality compatible memory. i will be using this for mostly gaming and plan on overclocking it once i learn how to overclock, and also plan to sli someday. my budget for the mobo and memory combined is between $350 to $400 .
please help someone asap
thank you very much, and would like it to be DDR2 800, ( is the difference between the speed ddr2 800 and ddr2 667 noticable?)
