Another note to the post above....

This forums is supposed to discuss what the thread title says and help people with any problems they may be having.

How can you just post up a google or live search?? isn't that what this forum is for?

Well then.. lets shut down these forums and use Wiki... no need in talking about anything because people are too lazy to make their site better and help it's people reguardless of the question rather than promoting someone else's site.

well if your planning on 2 GX2's you will need a new CPU. 2 GX2's will be bottlenecked big time by anything under 4.-4.5ghz.

not big time, just slightly bottlenecked, i already told him that 2 9900x2's would deff need two cpu's.

Luke.. you are saying to get the Skulltrial board that has 2 CPU's...

Skulltrial seems to run slower in gaming even with two CPU's.. The Q6700 Quad 2.66GHz with 10x multi Overclocked to around 3.8GHz-4GHz I think will handle the two 9800gx2 cards.

Stealth, it will still be bottlenecked. No one is saying it won't perform beastly though.

Yes, so we can pretty much say that the skulltrail is failsauce....

I am not talking about 9800gx2's...i have said this twice now, 2 9900gx2's would be bottleneked by a single 3.8ghz cpu.
