simple question.

With my new video card, i can choose my refresh rates. do i want these higher like 85HZ, or lower like 60 HZ?

Higher. It means it refreshes it more often. 60 Hz is 60 times in one second 85 Hz is 85 times in one second. I have mine set at 100 Hz.

Personal preference. If you like high resolution then go with it. Play around with it and find which setting you like. Personally I'd go with a decent resolution and the highest refresh rate.

Ummmmm... English please. I understood the first question and the answer is because the monitor can actually refresh its self with a new frames every second. So more frames = better preformance.
