Default simple hard drive question

The specs of my PC are in my signature. I have 4 SATA spots open and 1 IDE spot open. There's a sale here in town for a 160GB Seagate HDD, but it's Ultra ATA. Does this work as the same IDE? I just want to know if this will work in my pc, cause that's a heck of a deal.

Thanks
