Default Silly OEM question..

So my parts should be here Thursday, and Friday at the latest, but yeah my HD and optical drive are oem and I'm not sure what else I need to buy to install em. I assume only a sata cable for the HD, but what about the optical?

For the optical drive you will probably just need an IDE cable,And for the HD you might also need a power cable if you PSU don't have any.

Usually your motherboard comes with the IDE and SATA cables for HDs and opticals.

The SATA cable for the hard drive and an IDE cable for the optical drives should come with your motherboard. That is all you need.
