Question Should I upgrade to this?

I may build a new computer soon. I would appreciate some feedback on this build.
Is the PSU compatible with the motherboard?

(I'm ordering from www.azerty.nl)

Motherboard: P5W DH Deluxe (because I need 2 IDE channels)
http://www.newegg.com/product/produc...82E16813131025
http://www.azerty.nl/producten/produ...xe-retail.html

CPU: E6300
http://www.newegg.com/product/produc...82E16819115005
http://www.azerty.nl/producten/produ...775-boxed.html

RAM: 2048MB Kingston HyperX (affordable over here)
http://www.newegg.com/product/produc...82E16820134066
http://www.azerty.nl/producten/produ...0-mhz-2-x.html

GFX: BFG 7600GT OC
http://www.azerty.nl/producten/produ...press-x16.html

Case: Thermaltake Soprano Silver + Window
http://www.newegg.com/product/produc...82E16811133146
http://www.azerty.nl/producten/produ...ow-zilver.html

PSU: Antec SmartPower 2.0 400w (is it any good?)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817103935
http://www.azerty.nl/producten/produ...tt-retail.html

HSF: Scythe Infinity (would it fit?)
http://www.azerty.nl/producten/produ...-infinity.html

I want to spend around $900-950 (€800-850).

Found some cheaper RAM (2GB):

Maybe this PSU makes less noise, is it good?

Do they have the FSP(Or Fortron.) 400w over there? It's similarly priced to the 400w Smartpower, and it's better.

I could get one of these:

But I think maybe I should save some money and get the cheaper Huntkey. It has a big fan, so it's probably relatively quiet.
I am currently using a very cheap Q-teq PSU in my computer and it has been working fine so far.

I am using it as a server. It has 256 RAM so it is quite fast compared to similar computers. Overclocked to 225Mhz Running XP Pro.
Should only take 3-4 seconds to open Firefox (cold start).

My main computer is an Athlon XP 1600+ @ 1,61Ghz Palomino. Cheap 512MB DDR400 @ 153MHz and a Ti4200 64Mb AGP 4x.
MSI KT266 Pro2 mortherboard, Q-tec 350w PSU. 3 optical drives, 3 HDD's, Soundblaster Live! 5.1. Some Spire CPU cooler. 100Mbit Realtek Ethernet. USB 1.1 onboard.
