I cant spend anymore than $300-$350

Currently i have:

Processor: Pentium 4HT: 3.2ghz
Memory: 1 Gig of ddr2 RAM
Video: Radeon X300SE 128mb Video

Should i upgrade to this?: (Splitting money between video and RAM)

Processor: Same
Memory: 2 Gigs of ddr2 RAM

Should i upgrade to this?: (Spending all on video)

Processor: Same

???

Well upgrading from 1 gig to 2 gig isn't going to help as much as upgrading to a 7800GT. The only games that really use up that extra gig is BF2 and FEAR. I say get the graphics card first then upgrade to 2 gigs.

Useing 4 sticks of RAM will reduce the performance then using 2 sticks in dual channel because it is forced into T2 timings.
