Should I scrape the thermal pad off?

in my opinion As5 out does any pad easy, but it depends who you want to listen to.

Guess you've never heard of arctic MX-1??

That's what come's pre-applied to all their heatsink's,It's just as good as AS5

I got it installed finally. with a few issues. Some of the pad was stuck on the CPU from the stock pad, so I whipped it off with a coffee filter. Then I succured the new one on, later to realize I had it on backwards! So i turned it back around, turned it back on, then what I loaded onto my desktop I all the sudden see I black screen. it had shut off... Later I opened the case to realize 2 of the clips were not clipped in properly! So after that whole ordeal this thing it working good now.

Im now ideling at like 39-40 C amazing!

and that case fan I got also, sounds like a **** hairdryer!!! I could hear it all the way upstairs with the bathroom door closed!!! So i took it out.
