The only difference between anything on the spec sheet is the $359 one is listed with a drivers CD...

Why would you need a drivers CD... ever? I have never used a driver CD because the drivers on them are old usually and I'd rather have the new ones. Just go for the 275$ card and get a dfi Lanparty or something.

I was just pointing out that's the only difference on the spec sheet.

What I meant by that is there was no difference in the two cards. The only difference on the spec sheet was a driver CD. Not that I cared.

eVGA isn't really known for their motherboards, the reason there "bundling" them is probably because there trying to rid of them.

eVGA if you are reading this, stay away from motherboards! You do an awesome job with video cards, stick with those!
