pretty sure the iceyq or whatever has the best cooler. But hey man, it isn't really that big a of a deal. The difference would be so minute so...

A 4850 is a 4850. The HIS overclocked one might be a bit better right off the bat, because it has a good cooler and comes overclocked. But the one you got also has an excellent cooler, and you can do the same overclocking by yourself, and it was cheaper. Enjoy it man

And that Biostar is one of the best boards under 100 bucks. It's a mid-high range board, and it's a good brand, with great overclocking possibilities.

Oh no dont get me wrong you bought a great card... and infact... you got a great motherboard too. And no, overclocking video cards is as simple as moving a slider up and down.
