Well I figure the 6800gt will last me alot longer.
How much more power will the 6800gt put out than the 6600gt?
I dont want to have to upgrade again in a year.

the 6600GT will probably let you play on most high settings right now and maybe middle settings for next year. the 6800GT will last you 2-3 years maybe a little longer, but the 6600GT will last for around 1- 2 years

it really depends if you want to put on the AA and AF and all the eye candy if you dont i say 6800 and unlock the pipelines or the 6600GT but if you want to spend money then get the 6800GT

I heard you cant unlock the pipelines with PCI-E?
I really do however like games to look good.

Does that DFI board have SLI support?
If so then maybe Ill get the normal 6800 or the 6600gt and go SLI when I need to upgrade?

Would SLI be a better way to go rather than just 1 6800gt?
