setting up raid

ok so my 250gb sata hdd died on me so i had to send it in for a replacement

i managed to get a 80gb seagate from a friend for free and the i went out and bought the another one the exact same and im thinking about doing a raid 0 on them

im not really sure how to do this i know you need a floppy tho and that youll need to reinstal your os

i dont have a floppy but i have a usb jumpdrive will that work?
this will be my first raid and i dont want to **** anything up so im asking you guys

i believe a jump will work for vista but u need a floppy for xp.

I used a floppy on mine but you should be able to use a CD if you have a spare drive empty during installation.

The USB drive would depend on the BIOS. If it detects the drive at startup, it should work.

uh use a cd and the spare drive, that worked for me
