a CPU doesn't have timmings....

most important settings to change with a CPU are VCore and clock..

In general: the higher the overclock the looser the RAM timmings.

well i just set them up, u guys think i can do faster? I did 1T instead of the recommended 2T(mainly cuz i thought recommended was 1T) and any other general "tweak tips" like the fsb:ram ratio would be appreciated. I set the voltage to 2.0 instead of the 1.8, and left all the other timings at 'auto'

sure, try to get them faster. you wont hurt anything by trying, just dont give them too much more voltage.
right now i have mine running at 400 mhz 3-3-3-9 23 1T.
wicked fast.
