Unless it will be a dual purpose PC. Gamming and a Server... Or something. Or if you just have alot of money and like the idea of having more than one processor.

I was looking on newegg and seen a server motherboard with 4 cpu sockets for 4 quad core opteroms and i thought it would be pretty sweet to have a 16 core pc haha. I dont have that kind of money but if i did i would max that thing out with 64gb of memory haha.

Well it wouldnt Matter. The Vast majority of Games are not yet written to take advantage of Multi core CPUs. Much less Multiple CPU's with Multiple cores with 64 GB's of Memory.. Give it a few years.
