ya... nowadays you can sue for anything... ever heard of I'll Sue Ya by Weird Al?

Lol The best I remeber was a man just bought a brand new motorhome. Was driving by him self on the Interstate. Put cruise control on and went to the bathroom. Wrecked his motorhome and sued Winnabego for 10 million dollars and a new motorhome and won, because in the manual it never said cruise control does not control your motorhome's movement on the speed.

That was the best by far.

I dont really care about this, that software could be free if we really wanted it :p.

320GB HD = 320,000,000,000 bytes

The SI standard 10^9 = 1,000,000,000 bytes
Since its in binary, you'll see 1GB as 8^10 = 1073741824 bytes in Windows

320,000,000,000 bytes / 1073741824 bytes = 298GB

HD companies use the SI standard, so why are they getting sued?

Because American uses something else.
