Default Which screw should I use?

Which on of these screws should I use to mount my motherboard? I have an Antec p180 and an Evga Nvidia 680i if that helps.

take the gold risers and find the screw that fits in one best. usually the mb screws are flat where they meet with the board.

Well that bag is labeled MB use only, so it's common sense, that those are the screws to mount the motherboard. You use the gold standoffs, and screw them to the motherboard tray. Line the motherboard, on top of the gold standoffs, then use the remaining screws, to fasten the motherboard to the standoffs.
