RMA Question

im going to RMA my 7800gtx and i was wondering if you have to have the original packaging or if they (newegg) will take it if you ship it in just a box. also is it true that eVGA offers a step up program where you can trade in your old cards and get the new ones at a lower price? (just what i heard)

you will need the original packaging unless you can make special arrangements otherwise with whom you RMA the product.
