I posted a thread earlier, but I made some major changes.

Opty 165
Maxtor Diamondmax 250 gb sata 150 16mb cache and NCQ
eVGA 7800gt with SLI mobo combo.

The hard drive I will keep for a long time, as well as the processor. The mobo I will be upgrading as soon as AMD releases teh DDR2 mobos. And the graphics card I will keep for probably another year.

As far as I can see those parts should give good performance but I have hear maxtor drives arn't as reliable as other brands, perhaps consider seagate or WD.
