Besides the absence of optical drives (I assume you're reusing some) it looks just fine to me. Never used G-Skill memory before but I've read good things.
 
The only thing I don't really like on the list is the PSU. Consider a better company, and spending a little more on it.
 
I'd go with either the Antec Truepower 2 480W or the Antec Smartpower 2 500W, though if you can splurge the cash on the TP2 550W, that would be good.
 
Didn't notice the Aspire psu, I'd recommend a similar model from either Antec or Thermaltake. It will perform better and be more reliable.
 
i've got the aspire psu right now, and its running my sli just fine, checked my 12v rails, and they're nice and steady.. not only that, my ram, cpu and gpu's are overclocked.. so i'd say its doing some good with 34 amps
 
looks good (similar to my build ;) ) i'd go w/ WD Raptor HD though, its wicked fast bro
