This is what im planning on getting,

Newegg.com - ZALMAN CNPS9500 AT 2 Ball CPU Cooling Fan/Heatsink - CPU Fans & Heatsinks

Ram - $80 G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800
Newegg.com - G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Desktop Memory

Graphics Card - $140 (MIR) EVGA 512-P3-N800-TR GeForce 8800 GT 512MB (dual-slot)
Newegg.com - EVGA 512-P3-N800-TR GeForce 8800 GT 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards

That heatsink should fit on the mobo right?
The graphics card is too good a price for me to pass up considering i dont have a game atm that demands more.
Taking a gamble on the p43 chipset, it should be close to p45 right?

I dont know ECS, i like evga brand name.
Also the Heatsink is 530g, where most of the towers, Al or Cu are pushing 700g+ Main reason why i choose it, also i like how it doesnt have push-pin clamps, those things are horrible.

That ECS isn't made by the ECS, its by an outsider OEM...

but are you just getting eVGA for the Step Up program (is that what you meant by Brand name?)

Don't get that G-Skill 4gb, its 5-5-5-15 and cas 5:
Newegg.com - G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Desktop Memory (thats cas 4, 4-4-4-12)

Also don't get Zalman, they are overpriced for their performance, a Xigmatek Rifle 120mm performs just as well for a lot less

the EP43 isn't a "gamble" its a good board, indeed, it can hit 400FSB +

EDIT: forgot to mention you can get a 9800gtx or HD 4850 for a bit more
