Restart After Memtest...wtf?

ive switched over to the noisetaker psu...thinking that might have been the problem...but nope

i got to windows setup and it hung...now the computer restarts after memtest...or when i try to enter boot or setup...

any suggestions?

Well, if you are getting errors/problems with Memtest then that obviously points to the RAM or the Mobo. Try and get a friend to load you a stick of RAM and test it out. Or, if you have dual channel, take 1 stick out at a time and test to find out the bad one.
