Default Replacing my laptop with a proper tower

I've used laptops for the last 4 years, and have settled down an bit and look forward to having a nice solid, stationary tower.

I already have 8 HDDs and two AMD graphics cards.

I'm looking for a sub 300$ mobo, with full pwm for all the case fans, socket 1366, at least 2x PCIe2.0 x16 slots (ideally at least 3), and prefferably at least 8x Sata 3.0 internal / external for the HDDs.

Everything else I already have planned out.

Just finding it hard to track mobos specifically with full pwm.

Thanks a lot for any help!
