I heard air cooling can never get below ambient room temps.

Well yeah, its simple physics...

When your cooling something with something.

In this case, your processor with ambient air.

It wont get colder than what your cooling it with.


A really bad example, pouring room temperature water into a glass of boiling water wont make ice.
