Default Recordig Gameplay PC?

So I want to game on a gaming PC and I need a list. Most I'll spend is $800. I will be purchasing this in two years. Would like headset and OS included. I also want to record my gameplay.

Do you realize how much technology changes?
I'd read up on this: Moore's Law

I said two years? Oh sorry, I meant two months. The games I want to record me playing are:
Saints Row: The Third
Dishonored
Bioshock Infinite
Faster than Light
Surgeon Simulator 2013
GTA IV

Sorry for mistyping my post. I meant two months.
Thanks in Advance

GTA IV is the one game that's making it difficult to stay under $800. It's notorious for eating your VRAM and CPU, because it's so poorly optimized.

This is the best I got, I don't know if less will be able to do the job. So i'd wait to see if someone says this is overkill, but this will definitely play all of those and record those well.

CPU: Amazon.com: Intel Core i5-4670K Quad-Core Desktop Processor 3.4 GHZ 6 MB Cache - BX80646I54670K: Computers & Accessories
MOBO: B85 PRO4 ASRock LGA1150/ Intel B85/ DDR3/ Quad CrossFireX/ SATA3&USB3.0/ A&GbE/ ATX Motherboard - Motherboards - Intel - SuperBiiz.com
RAM: http://pcpartpicker.com/mr/pcmall/ki...khx16c9b1bk28x (8GB; 2x4GB Kingston Black)
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB SATA 6GB/S 7200RPM 64MB Cache 3.5IN Hard Drive OEM
GPU: Amazon.com: EVGA EVGA GeForce GTX760 w/EVGA ACX Cooler 2GB GDDR5 256bit, Dual-Link DVI-I, DVI-D, HDMI,DP, SLI Ready Graphics Card (02G-P4-2763-KR) Graphics Cards 02G-P4-2763-KR: Computers & Accessories
PSU: SeaSonic SSR-650RM 650W ATX12V / EPS12V SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS GOLD Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply - Newegg.com
Case: Rosewill Blackbone Black Steel / Plastic ATX Mid Tower Computer Case - Newegg.com
CD/DVD: ASUS Model DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS 24X DVD Burner - Bulk Black - Newegg.com

OS: either Win7 or 8 Home Premium will be $90 extra.

This would bring you to $881.

You can skip the DVD drive, maybe go a little less on the case, and that would bring it closer to $850.

Are you saying install Windiws from a thumb drive? If so, I'll buy a thumb drive too.
