Recommendations for my gaming build

I don't know much about computers and want to make sure this is all compatible. This is the extent of my budget. What changes would you advise?

Looks good, but you only need 1600MHz memory. Then you can change the GPU to get better performance. The 650ti is better in performance by a large margin.
