Seems like everyone here loves answering these sorts of questions, so I wanted to jump into the mix 
I'm upgrading over top of my **** box that I have now. I currently have my CPU and RAM .. I'll mention them in a second.. and I'm wanting to build around them. My main area of interest is the motherboard. The one I had chosen (listed below) is because it _apparently_ works very well with my RAM and it's very overclockable. I'm personally not interested in overclocking, or at least at the moment, so is it worth buying to get the full potential from my memory?
