Default Recommend a HD, CPU, and MB

I need a recommendation of a hard drive, processor, and mother board. I have the following things chosen already:

1) DVD Burner - NEC Black IDE/ATAPI 16X DVD±R DVD Burner (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16827152058)

2) DVD Drive - SONY Black 16X DVD-ROM (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16827101131)

3) Case - Thermaltake SViking (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811133142)

4) Graphics Card - XFX PVT42EUDE3 6800 XTreme 256MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814150130)

5) Sound Card - Creative Sound Blaster SB0570 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16829102003)

I have around $350 for a HD, CPU, and MB. I will be using this computer everyday and need at least 80gb of storage. This will not be a hardcore gaming computer. It does, however, need to be faster than my current Dell (P4 2.2 Ghz, 512mb ram, 40gb hd, on board sound, Intel Extreme Graphics). Thanks.

I'm just curious, why do you need a DVD Drive and a DVD Burner?

If I want to burn a DVD, then don't I need a burning drive and a drive that will read the DVD? Don't I put the DVD in one drive and put a blank DVD disc in the burner drive and just have a disk-to-disk copy?

I wanted to see what MB people would recommend, first. I plan on getting at least 512mb, but I am really considering 1gb.
