Hi guys,
My boss gave me an old clients gaming rig with no HDD.
I believe everything works and I picked up a hard drive replacement.

Unfortunately, I don't know the process of finding out what parts I have to track down drivers, or how to get windows 10 onto the hard drive and have it be able to boot from this rig.

Any help MUUUUCH appreciated.

Ps: what is the technical term for this process?

You need a machine to download the media creation tool and then at least an 8GB flash drive to create the bootable media. This will get Windows 10 installed onto your machine (boot to the flash drive).

As for the drivers, depending on how old the hardware is Windows should have drivers for most everything or at least give you an idea of what the hardware is. You can go from there. Alternatively, just get model numbers off the motherboard and GPU and we can link what you need.
