Default Ready to freak...

I always freak out that im missing a major component when doing a build. Am i missing anything thats necessary to the proper functioning of this build?

CPU cooler.
Power supply.
Hard drive(s) (or SSD).
Optical drive.
A case.
Operating System.
Keyboard and mouse.

If you've got all those, you aren't missing anything.

I would make a minor changes like buying a 700W PSU, more than enough for your build, and the AMD 955 instead of the 965. The only difference is the multiplier which you can increase easily on BIOS.
