dont most intel heatsinks comes with thermal paste already applied

I do have some if somewhere in my desk drawer though just in case

All you need to do is plop the CPU in the socket carefully and then put the stock heatsink on. If you have better TIM then you should use that instead though but really it doesn't matter much.,
