Abit NF-M2 nView nForce 490. bag of crap! There are loads of decent AM2 boards out there - theres just no point in me investing any money in them as the Core 2 Duos are much better processors!

meh, they arent that much better when you compare buying a new motherboard versus buying an entire system. jmo, tho. your money, man!
i dont know jack about the 490 chipset. but i know my abit nf4 ultra am2 board rocked. thats right, it rocked.
oh, and it cost 70 bucks. but, i like my evga much better...waaaaaaaaay higher fsb ability, plus it has about a jillion more ocing options, plus it is sli, plus it was 100 bucks after rebate.
did i say that i loved my evga?
