Personally, I'm not a fan of the Zalman. I think there are better cases out there for that amount of money.

Not so sure I like the 1200 either, but I would pick it over the Zalman.

Total for everything I have to buy is $1,219.93 and then $36.50 for shipping to bring it to $1,256.43. That sounds pretty good.

Forgot my Zalman CNPS9900 for the HS&F. Yikes....those are kind of pricey. I think my CNPS9700 was like $45 when I got it. Is there a better cooler for cheaper for the Core i7?

Alright, just getting you guys and update here,.....

Ended up ordering an Antec Twelve Hundred, the EVGA GTX 260 Core 216 to SLI with my GTX 260 Core 192, and I went with this EVGA mobo.....

Newegg.com - EVGA E758-TR 3-Way SLI (x16/x16/x8) LGA 1366 Intel X58 ATX Intel Motherboard - Intel Motherboards

Also stuck with the 6 GB of the OCZ Platinum RAM, and I got two of the 1 TB WD Caviar Black HDDs.

Hope she turns out good. We'll see. My current computer was running every game just fine, but the thread in the New PC and Tech forum about Intel trying to get rid of the Core i7 920 scared me into ordering this now.

I would send that mobo back and get the A1 version. You only get a 1 year warranty with the TR version but for $30 more you get a lifetime warranty. Definitely worth it in my opinion.

Hmmmm....didn't know that. Thanks for the info.

I'll risk it though, cuz I don't really care. If it dies after a year I'll just get a new one.

You also dont get as many accessories with the TR version, so no manual and usually only a couple of SATA cables.
