Default Rate Build, Any suggestions?

I tried putting together something that would fit my needs, I want to know if everything is compatible & If something needs to be changed.

I changed the CPU to 955 & The PSU to a 460[can anyone check if it's a good one] & I'm still deciding on the PSU. o.O
Can anyone recommened me a good cooling system?

only potential problem I can see is that if Dimm slot 1 and 3 have to populated for DDR3 to work correctly you can have some room issues with a CPU cooler if you plan to go aftermarket. I have a similar issue and I can't get a piece of paper to fit between my RAM and Cpu cooler.
Otherwise the build in my eyes looks good. BTW what do you plan on using the build for?

Mild Gaming.
With the help Of a other forum, which I won't mention I decided to switch a few parts:

No..... the "PSU" is now a GPU aka a video card... So now you have 2 video cards and no power supply.

keep the Antec. CPU cooler like I stated before is going to be an issue, if the ram has to go into those spots. finding something without a huge set of fins would be your best bet.
something like this might work best

the corsair ram he has listed doesn't have huge heatsinks, so they shouldn't cause clearance issues.

some suggestions; you could go with this set of ram
Newegg.com - Mushkin Enhanced Blackline 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model 996679
rated to run at the same speed and timings as the corsair set but it doesn't cost as much (it would still end up being less expensive even after the corsair's rebate)

you could get this combo with the cpu and that xfx 650w psu clown had listed above
Newegg.com - Computer Parts, PC Components, Laptop Computers, LED LCD TV, Digital Cameras and more!
either the antec or the xfx would be good choices, but with this combo you save money while getting a modular psu.

also, you might be inclined to spend 10 bucks more on evga's lifetime warranty on this card
Newegg.com - EVGA 01G-P3-1371-AR GeForce GTX 460 (Fermi) 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card
(comes with a free game d/l too).
