Thinking about gettin the new 150 gig raptor X.

just wonderin if you guys think i should get the new one or get another 74 gig raptor and run it in raid.

im not sure, the 150gb is prolly a better idea, just dont get the X version. its only really useful if you have an acryllic case or plan on building a hdd mount on your case window, otherwise you wont really see the drive move

i would just setup RAID 0 with your first Raptor.

its not even connected to the internet lol

which is a good reason to use RAID 0. faster performance and if it is only gaming then data loss shouldn't be a problem on the off-chance one of the raptors fails
